In order to comply with CDC guidelines and county official recommendations the Baker County Fair has been cancelled for 2020, with the exception of the events listed below:
FAIR QUEEN PAGEANT: Will still be held on August 22 with a deadline to enter on August 13.
MARKET LIVESTOCK: The steer and swine show will both be held on Wednesday, September 16th at 6:00. Steer will be shown first, swine will be shown immediately after. Weigh in for the steer and swine will be Tuesday, September 15th 6:00-8:00 pm. The livestock sale will be held on the original date and time of Thursday, September 17th. Market livestock record books are due at weigh in.
In an effort to limit the number of people attending the show on Wednesday night, each exhibitor will only receive TWO tickets for family members to attend. The show will be broadcast via Facebook live for those who can not attend.
Please note that the pageant and livestock shows can still change pending state and county mandates. It is the goal of the fair board to do everything possible in order for our market livestock exhibitors to have a show and sale, but not all decisions are ours alone to make.
We will accept debit and credit cards at the midway ticket booths! An ATM machine will also be available for your convenience on the midway!
