Letter from the BCFA President

The Baker County Fair Association is excited to present the 2018 Baker County Fair. This year’s fair theme is Freedom, Flags & Friends. Food, fun and family entertainment have always been the cornerstone of The Baker County Fair. That tradition continues with the 2018 fair, and we have planned an event you will not want to miss. From the beauty pageant and local arts and crafts, to outstanding livestock exhibits. This year we feature the Fearless Flores with their Globe of Death as it was seen on Americas Got Talent. This act also provides us an opportunity to see a jaw dropping display of balance 65 feet above ground on the Sway Pole. Cowtown USA will give you the inside scoop to understanding what “homemade” really means. You will have the chance to make cheese and ice cream, and milk a real live cow.
This year’s gate admission is $5 for everyone, everyday, and as always, our guests who are age 5 and under get in free. We have worked hard to bring a new midway that will include bigger rides with a larger footprint, and a large kiddie ride section as well as a full venue of entertainment every night of the fair.
In addition to the wonderful food available from our local non-profit organizations, we also have a variety of commercial vendors offering a full assortment of “Fair Food”! Several of these vendors participate in cooking competitions and travel the state fair circuits.
Whether you are continuing a family tradition or just starting one, come visit the 2018 Baker County Fair and enjoy some “Freedom, Flags and Friends”. You’ll be glad you did!

See you at the Fair!
